I freely admit that I had never heard of the game “Hurling” until I noticed that the Nashville Gaelic Athletic Club was hosting the first Gaelic Games Tournament. Naturally I decided it was something that I had to check out so my camera and I headed that way.
I also freely admit that I’m more of a motorsports-type person and field games don’t do a great deal for me. This is a pretty interesting game though. Fast, physical, and fun to watch. I didn’t stay very long since I had another place to be but it was a unique game.
